Bolt holes do not line up
If the bracket hole pattern is off, the bolt binds before it reaches torque. We finish critical holes on CNC and prove the pattern on the gauge.
Thick plate brackets, stamped shims, spacer sleeves, and Grade 8 fasteners supplied as one fitment-controlled brake hardware kit.
We control the bracket, shim stack, sleeve length, fastener grade, coating, inspection, kitting, and US landed cost through our network.
The bracket, shim stack, sleeve, fastener, thread, and coating are checked together on one fixture before the kit reaches a carton.
A physical checking station verifies bolt-circle pins, datum seating, shim stack, sleeve length, and post-coat thread fit before the kit is released to packing.

The bracket can be right and the kit can still fail if the shim pack drifts. The stack height is checked as a kit, not guessed from a nominal sheet.
A short or long sleeve changes the clamp path. That is how a clean looking kit creates movement under brake vibration.
Coating can build in the thread root. Thread class is checked after coating, not before, so the installer is not fighting the bolt.
For 12+ years I was the buyer. The drawing looked right, the supplier said it was easy, and the real problem showed up at installation. One bolt would not start. One shim stack was wrong. One sleeve changed clamp load. Then the whole kit became my problem.
On your caliper bracket kit that means our network builds it and we answer for plate, machining, shims, sleeves, fasteners, coating, inspection, packing, and delivery. A brake kit is only good when it bolts on cleanly the first time.

Clean surfaceMachined brackets are blasted before plating so edges, recesses, and faces carry a consistent surface for coating adhesion.

A caliper bracket kit lives in the stack. These are the numbers we check before a kit is allowed into a carton.
The gauge is not a final photo prop. It is where the bolt circle, shim stack, sleeve length, post-coat thread fit, and BOM count are tied to the same lot before the carton is closed.
Materials. A36, S275JR, S355J2, or AR400 plate by application. CRCA or SS 301 shims. Grade 8 UNC or class 10.9 fasteners.

Bolt circle checked as a kit

Bolt circle, shim stack, sleeve length, and post coat threads checked on the bench before a carton closes.
Fitment gauge, caliper bracket kit. Bracket datum flat and seated. Bolt circle TP Ø0.10 A. Rotor clearance arc profile verified. Shim stack ±0.025 mm. Sleeve length ±0.05 mm. Fastener fit Grade 8 and class 10.9. Threads 2A and 2B checked after coating. Release condition: gauge pass plus kit count plus lot ID. VIA INDIGOS, S/N VI‑CB‑2026.
