A bad rotor always comes back.

Nobody googles a rotor plant for fun. A lot failed, a container slipped, or your supplier went quiet. This page is for that morning.

A cheap rotor does not fail on the bench. It fails in the field, on a customer car, and it lands back on you. Here is what a cut corner hands you, and how we hold it.

Failure 01

Pedal pulsation

Lateral runout over 0.05 mm turns into a shaking pedal by 8,000 to 15,000 km, then warranty claims and one star reviews.

We hold it. DTV to 0.010 mm, every lot CMM checked.
Failure 02

Cracked castings

Core shift and porosity in cheap iron crack under heat. On a brake part that is a recall, not a return.

We hold it. Graded grey iron, casting checked before machining.
Failure 03

Rust on arrival

Skip corrosion protection and rotors land rusted after weeks at sea. Stock you paid for and cannot sell.

We hold it. Zinc coating plus VCI wrap for the full ocean leg.
Failure 04

Choked cooling vanes

Core shift leaves the internal vanes uneven or blocked. The rotor cannot shed heat, so it warps, fades, and cracks under hard braking.

We hold it. Core checked, vane walls even on both sides, balanced.

I have sat in your chair.

For 13 years I was the buyer. Chasing late parts, eating the cost of a bad lot, taking the call when a line went down. I started VIA INDIGOS to end that. We go after the three things that actually hurt a brake program, and we own them for you.

Lead timeMost quote a date, then slip it.We commit to a date and hold it.
VisibilityMost go quiet after the PO.You see every step, no chasing.
ScalabilityQuality slips as volume climbs.Ramp up, the quality holds.

On your rotors that means one owner who answers for the casting, the machining, the inspection, and the delivery. My team on the floor in India carries more than 30 years between them, built on global programs, not people learning on your parts. One late shipment or one bad lot lands on you an ocean away, so we catch it here first. Hand us one program and let the parts do the talking.

Questions we get on the first call.

We are your supplier and the contract manufacturer of record, one company handling everything from your drawing to door delivery in the US. Behind us sits a vetted network of 450+ audited partner facilities across India covering castings, forgings, CNC machining, sheet metal, plastics, and rubber, serving automotive aftermarket, heavy duty, agriculture, and industrial programs. For your rotors we pick the foundry and machine shop we have walked in person, checked their IATF 16949 system, gauging and CMM, real capacity, and how they handle a bad lot. Your parts only run where the numbers and the floor both check out, and our qualified engineers stay on that floor while your program runs.
Yes, PPAP on every part. The plants run to IATF 16949, with control plans, in process checks, and final CMM, and you get the numbers on paper next to the parts. Every lot traces back to the casting heat, so a problem is found, not guessed. If a part ever escapes, we run a full 8D and fix the cause at the source, and you see the proof. The same APQP and PPAP discipline runs across every capability we manage in India, from castings and forgings to machined and sheet metal parts.
The clock starts when you send a drawing or a sample. I review the part, the grade, and the tooling and come back with a quote and a real timeline, usually in a few days. Once the PO is in, an existing part runs about six to ten weeks to first articles, PPAP included, then steady production. A new tool adds time at the front, and you get every date up front, at PO, T0, T1, and PPAP.
You get one owner, not a chain of handoffs, and a plain weekly read on where your parts are, tooling, production, inspection, and shipping. No chasing across time zones. When something is at risk, you hear it from us early, with the fix, not after it has already slipped.
You see the whole number on the quote, not just the factory price, part cost, tooling, ocean freight, US duty, and the run to your dock. So you compare one landed cost to what you pay today. The one thing outside anyone's hand is the duty or tariff rate customs sets, and if that moves, you hear it from us before it hits your cost.
Yes. Your drawings move under an NDA, and we never tell anyone which plant builds your parts. Your design and your edge stay yours.
