Today, all you do is chase your suppliers.

01The status update you had to ask for4 times
02The quality problem you found out inWeek 6
03The ETA that moved3 times in 5 weeks
Weeks disappear into chasing and the shipment still lands late anyway.
And that math is 1 supplier. You have a list.

30+ years on your side of the desk. Now we run the other side.

Those 30 years belong to the people, not to the company. Buying desks, quality departments and factory floors, in the United States and in India.
Here is how we run it, from your drawing to your door.

This is the full clock on a new part, start to finish, with nothing hidden inside a rounding.

Nothing here is an average. Each number is the date we commit to in writing, and the date the weekly status is measured against. Compare it against what a China plus one move actually costs you.

Straight answers

The 3 questions
you have not asked yet.

What if the quality slips?

Nothing enters production until PPAP Level 3 is submitted and you have signed it, so your first run is never the experiment. Every lot then carries its heat number, its inspection record and the initials of the person who checked it. If something escapes, you get an 8D with the root cause in writing, traced back to the shift it came from.

Who owns the tooling?

You do. It is written in before any steel is cut, and the tool is yours outright on final payment. You approve it from photographs at T0, T1 and T2, not from a phone call. If you ever want that tool moved, to another plant or out of India, it moves. Nobody should be held by a piece of steel on somebody else's floor.

What if the tariffs move again?

Every quote breaks out duty, freight and the HTS code it assumes, so nothing hides inside 1 number. When a rate moves we re-run the landed cost that same week and send you the new figure with the changed line marked. India origin carries no Section 301. The full math sits on our China plus one page.

If your fourth question is not on this list, ask it on the first call. You will get the same kind of answer.

Founder note

Built by insiders.

Because the hard part is not finding a factory. It is getting the work done right.

VIA INDIGOS was built for buyers who need ownership on the floor: engineering follow through, supplier execution, quality evidence, logistics, and clear status from drawing to delivery. More about how we work.
