IATF 16949The automotive quality management standard. Governs APQP, PPAP, control plans and traceability on automotive lines.
ISO 9001:2015Quality management on every process in the mix outside the IATF scope, from fabrication to packing.
ISO 14001:2015Environmental management on the floors running coating, plating and heat treat.

Built and approved to · per part and material

ECE R90Type approval for replacement brake discs, drums and friction parts in UNECE markets. Granted per part family, never per plant, and quoted only where the part carries it.
SAE J431The material standard for automotive grey iron. Rotors, drums and housings poured and certified to grade, G2500 through G4000.
ASTM A536Ductile iron grades for hubs, brackets and housings, certified per heat with the mill record filed against the lot.

Under NDACertificate copies travel inside the RFQ pack under NDA. ISO 9001 and 14001 numbers verify on IAF CertSearch, IATF 16949 verifies through the issuing certification body. Plant names stay off public pages by policy, so the evidence travels with the quote instead.

What automotivebuyers ask beforemoving parts to India.

The checks are written before production starts. You receive plant audit status, the control plan, first article results, dimensional reports, material records and pre shipment photographs. A suspect lot stays in India until the result and disposition are closed.

The scope is agreed with the quote. A typical Level 3 submission includes the PSW, dimensional results, material and performance tests, process flow, PFMEA, control plan, MSA and capability data for the agreed critical features. Customer specific additions are identified before the PO.

Timing depends on the process, size and complexity. The quote shows design approval, tool build, first sample, correction and approval dates. The buyer owns the tool after the agreed payments, and the tooling record shows its ID, photographs, drawings and plant location.

We separate part price, tooling, inspection, packaging, freight, duty and inland delivery. The quote shows one total at your destination and the assumptions behind it. The 32 to 38 day Nhava Sheva to Los Angeles or New York lane is used as a planning estimate and is confirmed against the sailing selected for the shipment.

Yes. Each part is placed with the facility matched to the process. You receive one commercial quote, one weekly status, one quality file and one freight plan across the full part mix.

India exported $24 billion of auto components in FY 2025-26 per ACMA, and North America is the largest destination for that lane. VIA INDIGOS routes US automotive part families into that base through 470+ audited partner facilities across 22 Indian cities, with PPAP Level 3 as the standard submission.
